Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Program Coordination:
- Act as liaison between SCISC & Assigned On-site school locations.
- Coordinate and navigate a caseload of (12-22) on-site school locations.
- Develop and implement ALOP strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules, curriculum, and resources for alternative learning programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Student Support:
- Serve as a primary contact for students enrolled in ALOP.
- Provide academic and emotional support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Track student progress and collaborate with teachers to create individualized learning plans.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to align ALOP with educational goals.
- Facilitate communication between students, families, and educational staff to ensure support systems are in place.
- Engage with community organizations to enhance resources and opportunities for students.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to illustrate program impact and areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff involved in alternative education.
- Stay informed about best practices and trends in alternative learning to inform program development.
Compliance:
- Ensure that ALOP adheres to district, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field preferred.
Experience: Experience in alternative education programs preferred.

Work Environment:
- SCISC ALOP Area Wide Field Work/On-Site School Locations.
- 12 Months, Workweek- Monday-Friday, & Work Hours-8:00 -4:00 pm.
