Activities Director
South County Rehab is looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills.. Successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to create and function in a team environment. This hands-on position will involve the following:
Duties Include (but are not limited to:
- Provide direct care and on floor care assignments to meet facility care needs
- Assist with maintaining facility cleanliness
- Encourage and empower facility staff
- Engage / Converse / Have Fun with residents
- Plan activities for the residents
- Chart / Document resident cares
- Be prepared to fill in any department as needed
- Monitor and assist with system implementation in assigned facility
- Communicate facility concerns to facility Administration, COO and DOO
- Follow direction of facility Administrator, DON as well as President, COO and DOO of RCMC
