Business Office Manager
South County Rehab is looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills.. Successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to create and function in a team environment. This hands-on position will involve the following:
Duties Include (but are not limited to:
- manage the resident trust fund
- daily banking and cash posting
- daily and monthly cash reconciliation
- follow the proper Social Security, State and Medicaid regulations.
- collections
- Social Security Rep Payee management
Candidates should have the experience and/or knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement, consolidation of billing; management of resident trust account, ability do complete daily cash/check deposits, daily staffing/financial reporting, and complete purchase orders for the facility. The ideal candidate would have worked in a long-term care facility, have at least two years related experience, experience using Microsoft office and a team player with excellent work ethic and positive attitude. This position will require the candidate to work some weekend and evening hours.
