Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers promptly and guide them through the sales process.
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle by asking questions, listening to their preferences, and reviewing inventory.
- Provide high-quality, professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Demonstrate vehicles including test drives
- Promote vehicle options, value-added services, and financing plans in line with dealership policies.
- Help increase sales by inspecting vehicle displays, ensuring proper merchandising, and reporting issues to the General Manager.
- Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients through the dealership app to ensure their satisfaction and assist with any questions.
