The College of Fine Arts is searching for a Program Assistant II to assist the Dean of the College of Fine Arts with the day-to-day operations of the dean’s office and college, manage the college budget, and serve as a liaison between the different areas on campus.
The successful candidate will work in a fast paced environment that is constantly changing. Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, make decisions, have solid administrative skills including the ability to write/speak/interact clearly and professionally, and a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Prior experience with USD policies and procedures and knowledge of the operations of the College of Fine Arts and its departments and affiliates preferred.
