The College of Fine Arts is searching for Senior Secretary to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Art Department. This position will monitor the department budgets, and assist faculty with USD/State policy and procedures.
The successful candidate will work in a fast paced environment that is constantly changing. Must have the ability to juggle multiple projects, make decisions, have solid administrative skills including the ability to write/speak/interact clearly and professionally, and a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Familiarity with the fine arts desired.
