Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to properly dry, stress crack, and clean beans for crush process
- Complete all required paperwork for dryer and pre-clean process
- Sample and perform flash test on oil tanks for Hexane residual
- Measure bean bins, receiving, and day bins
- Perform daily scale check and notify management of any issues
- Communicate equipment or safety concerns within work area
- Maintain areas according to SDSP sanitary standards
- Comply with SQF food safety program and policies
- Perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed
