Position Summary
The Report and Data Manager provides support for our comprehensive data and information system, leveraging technology to collect, organize, and extract information to foster a data-driven culture and maximize the use of our data. This role establishes, implements, and manages processes to collect, extract, and provide accurate information to support business, communication, and fundraising processes and decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Report and List Generation
Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Two or more years of professional experience in related field (such as data analytics, database administration, data visualization, information technology and systems, or report management) is recommended.

Requires sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and some lifting. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone, and other office and/or clerical equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Report and List Generation
- Collect, organize, segment, analyze, validate, and distribute significant amounts of data to meet identified project objectives.
- Use the database reporting environment and complex queries, as well as additional reporting tools, to develop and deploy ad-hoc and custom reports and generate new lists.
- Provide consistent, accurate information in a manner suitable to those receiving it, including both internal and external recipients.
- Collaborate with others in the organization to determine the appropriate objectives, scope, and timeline for individual project requests.
- Maintain tracking system and documentation related to scheduled and ad hoc report and list requests and projects.
- Identify, retrieve, query, and append data from internal and external data sources.
- Manage the processes to update, maintain, and validate dashboards used throughout the organization.
- Document and maintain information related to the creation, production, and distribution of report and list requests.
- Assist with execution of large data integrations or information updates.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet the organization’s needs.
