What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant manager position at South Dakota?
As part of the Subway® Team, you as an Assistant Manager will focus on six main things :

In addition to the role of a Shift Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of :
- Managing a staff of 4-10 including assigning and evaluating work
- Being proactive and planning ahead for events and operational tactics
- Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed
- Accurate completion of minor weekly paperwork
- Show strong ability to operate and understand company software and technology

PREREQUISITES
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register.
This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
