Pay Range : $35.72 - $50.11

Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
- Facilitates and assists division budgeting, provides monthly financial dashboarding and analysis.
- Provides administrative support to the Operations Director and Operations Team.
- Manages division position control including the recruiting and hiring processes.
- Maintains village travel calendar and is responsible for all changes.
- Coordinates projects in respect to resources, equipment, meetings, and information.
- Organizes projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
- grant application and management support.
- Oversight of the capital request process.
- Monitors and investigates data for performance trends and reports findings to the teams.
- Subject matter expert on division's software applications.
- Works to implement strategies on new and or changing initiatives and projects.
- Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of training modules, documents, materials, and training timelines.
- Demonstrates and maintains professionalism, integrity, and the ability to comply with strict policy, work in a highly regulated environment, and maintain confidential information and data.
- Able to travel to remote sites on small planes as needed to accomplish responsibilities.
- Supports the development of new programs and services.
- Responsible for the division operating plan and ensuring actions and deliverables are completed on time.
- Meets annual goals and metrics as defined by leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
