Reach Associate

Reach Associates are specialized instructional assistants that play a key role on MCL teams; spending the bulk of their time providing instructional support, such as tutoring small groups and supporting students on skills and practice—all with strong MCL guidance and coaching.

Steps to Fully Complete the Application Process

1. Complete the documents listed here and described below.

    

   • Resume

   • Letter of Interest

   • Essay (One-page maximum)

      

   • Two most recent summative evaluation rubrics from NCEES (North Carolina teachers) or the equivalent

      

2. Complete demographic application in this portal (SchoolSpring) by clicking "Apply for this Job" at the top of this page.

3. Complete the application on the PCS webpage (linked here).
