Position : Security Assistant (Construction Traffic Support)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable Security Assistant to support the maintenance team in managing traffic flow and ensuring safety during ongoing construction at the building. This role will involve directing vehicles, assisting residents and visitors, and enforcing safety protocols to minimize disruptions.
Key Responsibilities :
Traffic Control : Direct vehicles and pedestrians to ensure smooth and safe movement around construction areas.
Access Management : Monitor and control access to restricted construction zones.
Resident Assistance : Provide guidance to residents, guests, and delivery personnel regarding temporary detours and access changes.
Safety Enforcement : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any hazardous conditions.
Coordination with Maintenance & Contractors : Assist the maintenance team and contractors by keeping pathways clear and organized.
Incident Reporting : Document and report any security or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications & Skills :
Previous experience in security, traffic control, or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions.
Ability to remain professional and calm in a busy environment.
Physically capable of standing for long periods and working outdoors as needed.
Familiarity with basic safety and security procedures.
