What You'll Do

As an HVAC Controls Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Under the guidance of your supervisor, you'll take charge of preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, and in-depth troubleshooting of HVAC control systems.

Your mission? Deliver exceptional service through direct, onsite customer interactions while ensuring all project and service documentation is completed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair routine electronic control system malfunctions.
  • Provide detailed sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering updates.
  • Engage with customers upon arrival and departure, ensuring clear communication.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their operational challenges.
  • Keep clients informed about services performed, outstanding issues, and recommended system enhancements.
  • Proactively promote additional services and upgrades.
  • Provide hands-on training to customers on electronic control system operations.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately compiled, including completion certificates, training forms, and punch lists.
