Overview
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are responsible for providing oversight and supervision of all aspects of the front desk, which includes the scheduling department, doctors’ coordination, and Front Desk coordination. The position is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a quality eye care facility and providing the immediate supervision and training of all front desk staff. The Front Desk supervisor serves as an engagement ambassador between patients and staff. The front desk is the first impression patients receive of our practice; this position ensures they are receiving the highest quality of care. This position reports and works closely with the Practice Administrator and Clinical Staff.
Duties
· Provide training, guidance, and support to new associates.
· Verify all payments were documented in the patient’s account.
· Review upcoming physician schedules, ensuring we have authorizations for patient
appointments.
· Ensuring patients are scheduled with their doctor versus other doctors.
· Point of contact for all front desk questions.
· Manage front desk and work closely with the staff to assure patients are receiving
excellent customer service.
· Assist with doctor, staff and administrative tasks including emails, calls and text
messages.
· Patient Complaints
· Ensure patient satisfaction including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and
developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
· Any other task Administrator request
· Report any challenges encountered to direct supervisor for support.
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
