We are searching for a Patient Care Service Representative to join our team!
Our Patient Service Representative provides support to the administrative functions of the practice.
Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Accurately inputting data into the Practice Management Software
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-4 years’ experience in a medical office providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Computer capabilities, Practice Management Software experience.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, patient experience driven.
- Must be polite, friendly and self-motivated.
