Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at South Florida Litigation Group, P.A. The role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, but some work from home is acceptable. The Associate will be responsible for handling litigation tasks, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Additionally, the Associate will attend court proceedings, manage client communications, and assist senior attorneys with case preparation and strategy development.
Qualifications
- Legal Research and Drafting skills
- Experience in Pleadings, Motions, and Discovery
- Strong Communication and Client Management skills
- Court Attendance and Case Preparation experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in litigation or related practice areas is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
