Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various automotive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct tire services, including rotations and alignments, as needed.
- Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues with vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services.
Experience
- Previous experience in an automotive service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with oil change procedures, tire service, and basic automotive diagnostics is advantageous.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is essential.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction during service interactions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while working on vehicles.
