Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their dining experience starts off on a positive note. Responsibilities: - Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables - Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or special requests - Manage reservations and waiting lists to ensure efficient seating - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth flow of service - Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate wait times - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary - Assist with other duties as assigned by management Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Familiarity with Toast POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus - Ability to handle guest relations and provide exceptional guest services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and have a genuine desire to help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, we encourage you to apply.
