Job Title: Bank Teller/CSR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and self driven Bank Teller/CSR to join our team! As a Bank Teller/CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various banking transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct routine financial transactions promptly and accurately while utilizing mathematical skills for cash handling
-Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts, to include personal and business checking, savings, CD's and IRA's
-Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services to ensure the customer's financial success
-Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution
-Be vigilant to manage risk with every customer interaction and the detection of any potential fraud to prevent loss
-Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
-Adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures while complying with all financial laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Education/Experience - High School or higher in General Studies, previous experience in a bank or financial institution preferred but not required
-Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to work with various types of clients
-Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Numerically savvy in mathematics and attentive to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer knowledge with a familiarity of 10-key typing
-Team player with interpersonal skills
