Job Details
- Outpatient Cancer Center Certified Medical Dosimetrist.
- 5, 8HR (07 : 30-16 : 00)
- 2 year min exp.
- Environment is a Comprehensive Cancer center with pharmacy, lab, dietician, SW, financial counseling, research & cancer data management
- No First Timers.
- Must have Cancer Center / Oncology experience
- Must be ready to hop in on unit, schedule does not allow for extensive training.
- Patient Age Group : Adults
- Documentation system : Elekta Mosaiq (must have experience)
Job Requirements
- 2 year minimum experience in a relevant field
- Must have experience with Elekta Mosaiq documentation system
- No first-time applicants
- Applicants must have prior Cancer Center / Oncology experience
Schedule Information
- Schedule includes Monday to Friday
- Up-coming holidays include 11 / 28-29 / 2024; 12 / 25-26 / 2024; 1 / 1 / 2025.
- All other time off must be approved ahead of time.
- No Call
- No Float
Unit Specific Information
- Patient Diagnoses include a variety but with top ones like prostate, breast, lung, head / neck, skin, rectal, primary brain, palliative bone mets
- Special Procedures / Unit Details : SRS, SBRT, IMRT, VMAT, 3D, 4D,2D, IGRT, SGRT, DIBH
- Special Equipment Required : Philips Pinnacle TPS, Elekta Mosaiq EMR, Plan IQ, Elekta Versa HD accelerators, XVI & iView imaging, GE CT simulator
Additional Details
- Must be able to work with a range of patient diagnoses, including but not limited to prostate, breast, lung, head / neck, skin, rectal, primary brain, and palliative bone mets
- Candidates must comply with facility-specific documentation and policies
- Proof of required documents and certifications must be sent with the application file
