Job Description:
- The Cello Helper position is responsible for assisting the Cello Operator on the retail packaging line.
- The Cello Helper will be responsible for ensuring that the packaging line is running smoothly and efficiently.
- This will include assisting with the setup and operation of the cello machine, monitoring the quality of the packaging, and ensuring that all products are packaged correctly.
- The Cello Helper will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and for following all safety procedures and guidelines.

The Cello Helper plays a crucial part in maintaining product quality and packaging efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Cello Operator: Work closely with the Cello Operator to ensure the packaging line operates smoothly.
- Material Handling: Load and unload packaging materials onto the line, ensuring a constant supply to avoid downtime.
- Quality Control: Monitor the packaging process for any defects or irregularities, reporting issues to the Cello Operator or supervisor.
- Machine Setup and Operation: Help set up and operate packaging machinery as directed by the Cello Operator.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of the packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Product Inspection: Perform visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including counts, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
