Job Description:
The Network Administrator purchases, and maintains computer hardware, software, and networks. This position is responsible for the development and management of the company’s network infrastructure, corporate website and daily activities of IT/technology, fleet and facilities offering training and making recommendations as needed to meet current and future needs of the organization.

Qualifications & Specifications:

This position is responsible for the development and management of the company’s network infrastructure, corporate website and daily activities of IT/technology, fleet and facilities offering training and making recommendations as needed to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directs the process of developing and implementing the information technology system for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Develops and deploy 5-year technology plan and ensure alignment and consistency with existing plan
- Coordinates planning for installing system improvements based on technological developments
- Ensures system reliability, efficiency and cyber security
- Utilizes enterprise resource planning techniques to coordinate multisite information systems
- Oversees the network management, including wide area networks, local area networks and remote access capabilities
- Develops systems with provisions for continuity of operations during any disaster recovery or other emergency situations.
- Experienced with HIPAA compliancy including disaster recovery and standby user operations.
- Consults with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Provides users with help desk technical support for computer issues
- Develops and review operating procedures
- Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in similar field or equivalent industry certificates
- 3 - 5 years' related experience in admin/help desk
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, security, and software.
- -Microsoft AD Experience
- -HTML/WORDPRESS web tools (CSS a plus)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
