*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at a busy medical clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Answering a significant volume of incoming phone calls
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain clinic calendars
- Assisting Check in as needed
- Prepping charts for upcoming appointments
- Type correspondence and reports accurately
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
