Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher to manage and lead movers and drivers, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and a focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch movers and drivers for various moves
- Review driver paperwork for accuracy
- Use software for scheduling and move planning
- Support safety and quality initiatives
- Other duties as needed
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Organizational and planning abilities
- Knowledge of the moving industry and FMCSA regulations
- Supervisory experience
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Moving industry or previous Logistics experience preferred
