Volare Health is seeking an experienced therapist to join our team as the Director of Rehabilitation!
Summary: The Center Rehabilitation Manager (Director of Rehab) directs the daily operations of the Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy disciplines to meet center and patient needs, MFNC's fiscal requirements, and governmental regulations. The Center Rehabilitation Manager is responsible for program staffing, clinical and operational program development and performs clinical duties in licensed field, as necessary.
Qualification:
- Licensed and certified as required by state and federal law in the state where the center is located.
- Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or ST (preferred)
- 3 years of therapist experience
- Management experience or approval of the Administrator and Regional Rehabilitation Director required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to successfully lead and develop a management team to achieve a diverse set of objectives.
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional and regulatory agents.
