About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Analytics Director to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As the Workforce Analytics Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce analytics strategies to support our organization's goals. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify key metrics and provide insights that drive business decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years of experience in workforce analytics or a related field
  • Experience leading a team of analysts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP
  • Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement workforce analytics strategies to support organizational goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key metrics and provide insights that drive business decisions
  • Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics
  • Skills :

    As the Workforce Analytics Director, you will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data. You will also use your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Additionally, you will use your experience with data visualization and statistical analysis tools to develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
