This is a weekend position.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain an organized filing system and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client concerns and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
