Crew Member Job Description
Dunkin' Donuts is hiring Crew Members for our location at 2325 Route 70 West, Cherry Hill, NJ, 08002. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin' Donuts standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dunkin', McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks, or other similar fast-food establishments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be a team player
