We are seeking a highly motivated Marine Industry Marketing Professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in promoting our luxury yacht offerings, service center, and marine electronics business through a variety of marketing channels, supporting sales initiatives, and building brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing WordPress websites, using HubSpot CRM, LightSpeed and Marketing tools, creating visual content, and executing effective digital and print marketing campaigns. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress websites to ensure accurate listings and fresh content.
- Optimize website for SEO, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
- HubSpot CRM & Marketing
- Manage contact databases, segment audiences, and track leads through HubSpot CRM.
- Create and automate email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing processes using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Photography & Videography
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of yachts, events, and customer experiences. Ownership of sounds production.
- Edit and optimize multimedia content for web, social media, and advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop engaging video walkthroughs and promotional reels.
- Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media calendars and post regularly to drive engagement and followers.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries or comments promptly to enhance customer relationships.
- Email Marketing
- Create email newsletters, product announcements, and special offers that align with sales objectives.
- Test subject lines and layouts for optimization to improve open and click-through rates.
- Monitor and distribute campaign results and continuously refine strategies.
- Print & Traditional Advertising
- Design and coordinate print ads, brochures, and flyers for distribution at events or in publications.
- Identify advertising opportunities in industry magazines or regional markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the marine, luxury, or automotive industries.
- Proficient in WordPress website management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, LightSpeed and Marketing Hub tools.
- Advanced skills in photography, videography, and multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and automation.
- Familiarity with print advertising and design processes.
