What You'll Do:
✔ Act as shift lead during nights and weekends when full-time staff is unavailable
✔ Supervise and assist part-time staff, ensuring high-quality customer service
✔ Perform opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and register balancing
✔ Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and provide information on facility services and programs
✔ Monitor and maintain the Pro Shop and facility grounds, ensuring cleanliness and safety
✔ Oversee equipment rentals and merchandise sales, ensuring an organized and efficient operation
✔ Operate the Driving Range Tractor to collect range balls safely and effectively
✔ Respond to customer concerns, resolve issues, and report any facility-related problems
Who You Are:
🔹 At least 16 years old with six months of customer service or recreation experience
🔹 A natural leader who enjoys helping and directing a team
🔹 Detail-oriented and responsible, able to manage financial transactions and facility operations
🔹 Knowledgeable about golf and recreational programs (preferred)
🔹 A strong communicator, comfortable interacting with guests and employees
🔹 Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
