We are seeking a motivated and organized Regional Manager to oversee operations at our Syracuse, NY branch. This role is responsible for managing staff, coordinating job schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service & Sales: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing estimates, and closing sales.
- Job Planning & Coordination: Organize daily job schedules, dispatch crews, and ensure proper equipment and materials are available.
- Project Management: Oversee job progress, conduct quality control checks, and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and handle inventory management.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer support
- Preferred experience in staff management, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Degree in Management, sales, or similar field.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with project coordination and operations management.
- Background in roof cleaning, exterior home services, or a related field is a plus.
