We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Customer Service representative.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Coordinate projects effectively to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and customer support
- Preferred experience with CRM or other related software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Degree in Management, sales, or similar field.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Background in roof cleaning, exterior home services, or a related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
