Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma o GED
- A Valid Drivers license by the time of hire.
- Certification as a Washington State EMT-B or Paramedic Certification (Paramedics are being offered a $15,000 hiring incentive)
- At least two years of experience as a paid career firefighter.
- Hazmat Awareness Certificate
- Hazmat Operations Certificate
- Firefighter I and II Certificates

Compensation and Benefits:
- Lateral FF/PM: $ 6,939.64 -$ 9,913.78 per month depending on role/qualifications.
