Duties and Responsibilities :
Work Habits – 30%
- Lead the Collegiate Recovery Program, providing support, resources, and a sense of community for students in recovery from substance use disorders.
- Implement recovery-focused initiatives, peer support networks, and a safe environment for students in recovery.
- Develop and implement substance use prevention programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns targeting alcohol, drugs, and other substances.
- Assist students involved in the student conduct process by identifying barriers to success and providing guidance to help them overcome these challenges.
- Work with students to develop action plans for rehabilitation, personal development, and successful reintegration into the academic community.
- Promote accountability, personal growth, and healing through restorative justice principles, helping students repair harm and strengthen relationships within the community.

Minimum Qualifications :
Four (4) years of experience in higher education, student affairs, or related field. OR
Four (4) years of working in counseling, state program management, public or private schools OR
Bachelor’s degree OR
Associates degree and two (2) years of relevant experience
Required Licenses or Certifications :
Valid, unencumbered driver's license
