Duties and Responsibilities :
Work Habits : (40%)
- Research best practices for employee engagement and recognition and suggests findings on innovative improvements and / or solutions to ensure high-impact employee engagement programs and activities.
- Utilize various channels to build awareness, understanding and engagement for employee initiatives and programs. This includes maintaining the total rewards and recognition program such as the CHEERS program.
- Effectively and accurately coordinate logistics, scheduling, catering, and communication for engagement and training programs and initiatives as requested.
- Collect feedback on events, activities, and programs to evaluate effectiveness and offer recommendations for continuous improvement and take ownership of implementation.
- Organizes and facilitates an exceptional orientation experience to create positive early employment encounters. This includes monitoring and updating program as part of continuous improvement.
- Objectively communicate (or direct) employee concerns and employee feedback to the Director of Employee Experience when conducting employee surveys and engaging in two-way dialogue, without bias, promise of action, or personal views and perspectives.
- Responsible for building programming focused on employee well-being. This includes organizing training and workshops that focus on self-improvement topics such as stress management, personal finance management and other self-help topics.

Required Education : Associate's degree in business related field, or relevant work substitution.
Required Experience : Two years of experience in human resources, business, public relations, marketing, communications, or related fields.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to demonstrate the proven abilities of intellectual reasoning, power of persuasion, and consistent dedication to the position.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical interference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Ability to learn to operate College-specific software and applications.
Other Qualifications : Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Required Licenses or Certifications : Criminal Background Clearance and Drug Screen.
