Summary : Responsible for providing nutrition services to low and high-risk applicants and participants, as well as assisting with quality assurance activities and general office duties.

Working Conditions : This position will travel to multiple locations within the state. The WIC Program environment is a noisy office setting with daily, heavy client flow including many infants and toddlers. As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Nutritionist will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by SMOC in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. A successful background check is required.
Remote Work Option : Remote work is permissible in some positions at SMOC depending on the key functions and responsibilities. The Nutritionist, WIC position is eligible to work from home 0-60% of the week in scheduling coordination with the department manager.

Tuesday 11 : 30am-7 : 00pm (30-minute lunch)
Saturday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm (Will work only 2 or 3 Saturdays per year)
