Salary Range :

Summary : Provide oversight and management of KidSpace Supervised Visitation Services including conducting intake and assessment of program participants; on site or remote monitoring, as applicable, of overall operations during visitation; recruit, train, and schedule visitation monitors; ensure services are safe, neutral and in compliance with contract and court requirements. Actively participate as part of Voices' management team.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage the weekly visits – on site or remotely - including scheduling, staffing, and monitoring visit activity every other Saturday and as needed all in compliance with funder and employer requirements.
  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the program to include : staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
  • Monitor visits as needed including taking objective Observation Notes.
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and evaluate staff by providing timely mentoring, training and performance management. Complete required paperwork.
  • Conduct and / or oversee pre-service intake and assessments with all custodial and non-custodial parties; conduct pre-service welcome visits at Center for child program participants as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule security when in-person visits resume.
  • Supervise visitation monitors to ensure the safety of participants and compliance with program goals and objectives.
  • Collect and secure fees during visits; ensure accurate accounting and deposit of fees collected.
  • Oversee and monitor record keeping to ensure compliance with courts and other standards.
  • Respond to requests for records and subpoenas; appear as needed.
  • Provide written reports for attorneys, guardians ad litem, parents or other parties as needed and per program guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance with all aspects of contracts, including monthly and quarterly data reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain community and statewide relationships with service providers, attorneys, court personnel, professional associations, and other related professionals.
  • Attend monthly state coalition meetings.
  • Maintain data and billing information and submit monthly reports in a timely manner.
  • Attend all agency staff, clinical, and supervision meetings.
  • Participate in rotating shifts for hotline coverage during business hours.
  • Adhere to agency mission, philosophies, and policies.
  • Engage all clients by understanding and addressing their needs using a wraparound services framework within Voices, SMOC, and outside agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, employee and agency information in accordance with federal and state laws and funder requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with program / department, agency and / or funder requirements, as well as SMOC policies & procedures.
  • Participate as part of the Voices’ management team to realize agency vision and goals including but not limited to strategic planning, operations, fundraising, events, and data reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Three to four years of related experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in program and staff management.
  • Familiarity with domestic violence and child sexual assault issues.
  • Familiarity with probate court processes preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Relationship :

  • Directly reports to Component Director, Voices Against Violence.
  • Indirectly reports to none.
  • Direct reports of this position are Program Assistant and visitation monitors.
  • Indirect reports of this position are none.
  • Physical Requirement : N / A

    Working Conditions : As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Supervised Visitation Manager will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by SMOC in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. A successful background check is required.

    Remote Work Option : Remote work is permissible in some positions at SMOC depending on the key functions and responsibilities. The Supervised Visitation Manager position is eligible to work from home 0-20% of the week in scheduling coordination with the department manager.
