Job Description
Loader Operator in training for the Phase1 Compost department. Initially will learn to make batches of poultry, then to fill supplement on the mixing line, eventually working towards loading bales onto the mix line and helping to operate on the flips. Responsible for following all applicable SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
Job responsibilities include :
- Capable of routinely putting supplement on the line, mixing poultry, occasionally helping to put bales on the line and pushing flips, and other tasks that require limited loader skills.
- Capable of operating loaders safely and efficiently.
- Required to work in non-operator positions depending on production needs.
- Required to report maintenance needs, repairs, and damaged equipment to Management.
- Required to fill out the designated loader checklist each morning prior to start of shift.
- Trained to use bucket scale as needed.
Schedule :
Operador de carga en entrenamiento de la menuda, Fase 1. Inicialmente aprenderá a hacer lotes de aves de corral, luego a llenar el suplemento en la línea de mezcla, eventualmente trabajando para cargar pacas en la línea de mezcla y ayudar a operar en los volteos. Responsable de seguir todos los SOP (Procedimientos Operativos Estándar) aplicables.
