The Crew Leader completes assigned general maintenance and carpentry tasks in support of the Growing Farm operations and B&G priorities.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform basic carpentry and maintenance tasks to ensure the continued safe functioning of the farms and other facilities.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks to keep farm, office and human-use fixtures operating effectively.
- Perform basic facility inspections and submit reports to the B&G Manager.
- Ensure effective operation of water systems.
