The Housekeeper for Facility is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene in the facility. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of offices, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, common areas, and other spaces within the building. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage cleaning duties independently and within a team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of all areas within the facility, including floors, windows, carpets, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment in all designated areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors regularly to maintain a clean environment.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessities in all bathrooms and kitchens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas for cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables, maintaining compliance with facility waste management procedures.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas regularly
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with staff, clients, and visitors.
Driver's license is not required, but is preferred to assist with moving housekeeping team from one facility to another.
