The Project Manager's role is to lead and oversee various Sage X3 implementation projects within our organization. This individual is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will be part of the Operational Excellence team and requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as business operations, accounting, sales, farming and marketing / sales teams.
Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Project Management : skills with willingness to lead, guide and drive implementations of systems and processes to completion while engaging other divisions within the organization
- Execution and Monitoring : Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while managing risks and issues.
- Team Leadership : Lead project teams, providing direction and motivation to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and change requests.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
- Works independently on regular duties under general supervision, referring questionable cases to supervisor or others;
