South Mountain Creamery is a dairy farm family: we bottle our own milk and make our own butter, yogurt, and ice cream. We brought the milkman back in 2001 and have been making home deliveries to the DMV area for 24 years and counting! Over the years, we have grown to be the largest and most efficient home delivery business in the area. Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for our products and the ability to effectively communicate our brand message. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service and engaging experiences.
This position would work Wednesday-Sunday, 30-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote our products at events, trade shows, and in-store demonstrations.
- Engage with customers to provide information about products and answer any inquiries.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, ensuring an informative experience for potential customers.
- Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to assist in market research efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for effective event marketing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand positively in all interactions, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Attend stadium events, farmers markets, on farm events, off farm events, and store demos.
Experience
- Previous experience in event marketing or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in social media management to enhance brand visibility online.
- Ability to perform public speaking engagements confidently and effectively.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data collection methods for market analysis is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and market trends.
