Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Person to join our team at South Mountain Creamery. As a Sanitation Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and production areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds of our property, including mowing grass, weeding flower beds, and assisting with snow removal. This is a critical role that ensures the health and safety of our employees and the quality of our products.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
* Clean and organize breakrooms, including appliances, countertops, and floors
* Clean and organize offices, including desks, chairs, and floors
* Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
* Spray out trash containers to remove odors and debris
* Clean up spills and messes in the dry warehouse, including broken glass and debris
* Clean up debris on the production and cooler floors
* Clean debris around the outside premises of the building, including parking lots and sidewalks
* Mow and maintain the grass on our property
* Weed and maintain flower beds and other exterior landscaping features
* Assist with snow removal during the winter months
* Perform other cleaning tasks as assigned by management
