What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist/Front Desk position at South Mountain Physical Therapy?
We are a small, yet busy privately owned physical therapy office looking for a professional, dependable, outgoing person to join our team!
Hours are flexible right now with room for growth! We have two locations that are rapidly growing, so there is room for advancement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling appointments, to communication between therapists, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include answering phone calls with a positive attitude and great customer service, having an energetic work ethic, processing payments, completing patient registration, scheduling patient visits, scanning documents, assisting with insurance verification and authorizations calling doctor's offices for reports, etc.
Insurance verification experience is preferred. Qualifications include being good with patient relations, having excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possessing the ability to multitask while staying organized and friendly.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
