Job Description:
- Manage the CNA team alongside our CNA Coordinator:
- Assist with CNA scheduling and on calls
- Ensuring cares are up to standard among CNA staff.
- Train/mentor new hires
- Provide ongoing training as needed
- Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members
- Provide operations reports to management as required
- Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs/availability.

Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Adaptable, innovative
- 2 years of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- High School Diploma
- Solid knowledge of long-term care local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
