Certified Dietary Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the operations of the dietary department, including meal planning, food preparation, and service.
- Ensure compliance with all dietary regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents or patients.
- Manage inventory and order food supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise dietary staff members.
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper food safety practices are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the dietary needs of residents or patients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dietary services.
Experience:
- Certified Dietary Manager certification required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as bartending, catering, or banquet management, is preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary regulations and guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
