*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. *Duties* - Perform floor cleaning, buffing, and waxing to maintain the appearance of floors - Utilize appropriate equipment and chemicals for carpet cleaning and floor care - Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols - Collaborate with the custodial team to ensure a clean and safe environment - Follow environmental services guidelines for waste disposal and recycling *Skills* - Experience in floor care, buffing, and carpet cleaning is preferred - Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices - Ability to operate floor care equipment effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
