Start your career in property maintenance with a hands-on Leasing Intern role! This PAID internship provides training and experience in apartment leasing, marketing, and customer service.
- Learn how to conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents.
- Develop communication skills by engaging with residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Gain real-life experience in social media, marketing techniques, and sales by promoting the communitys unique features.
- Receive training on follow-up strategies to engage potential renters through calls, emails, and texts.
