As a Leasing Professional at South Oxford Management, you play a vital role in shaping the community's impression for both current and prospective residents. You will serve as a key sales representative, responsible for presenting the community's features and benefits to potential residents in a professional manner, ultimately securing lease agreements. Additionally, you will prioritize exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction and lease renewals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Conduct regular visual inspections of the apartment community, addressing concerns, and maintaining cleanliness
- Prioritize safety by promptly correcting any unsafe conditions
- Manage incoming phone calls and communication effectively
- Build rapport with residents and potential residents, understanding their needs and preferences
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease applications, and verification processes
- Update online advertising and stay informed about the local market and competition
- Prepare reports and assist in various tasks assigned by the Community Manager
- Maintain a professional and positive image when interacting with residents, team members, and other stakeholders
**Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Knowledge of Yardi or similar industry software is preferred
- Professional appearance and physical ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and perform various physical tasks
