This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, great client service skills, and an understanding of the special relationship between people and their pets. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of veterinary receptionist experience. Candidates must have good computer skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking, phone skills, and be comfortable handling pets. This team member will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent client service at all times. Greeting clients, weighing pets, and other receptionist/vet assistant duties.
This position requires sitting at a desk for several hours a day as well as moving about the hospital frequently. When team member is not directly interacting with clients, he/she will be expected to support medical team with basic restraint, hospital cleanliness, etc.
Must be available to work most weekdays and rotating Saturdays (1/2 day). Full-time with benefits. Reliable attendance is required. We offer an excellent team environment and benefits including: Health Insurance, paid vacation, bonuses, and pet health care benefits.
